Before we meet
Booking information
A clear plan, an agreed price and a date that works for you.
1. Start with an enquiry
Tell Tommi the service you are interested in, your preferred dates, location and group size. Sending the form is a request for information or a proposal. It does not create a booking or a payment obligation.
Send an enquiry2. Agree on the service and terms
Availability, content, duration, total price and what is included are agreed before the booking is confirmed. For group workshops and webinars, these are specified in your proposal. Any venue hire, meals or transport are itemised when included.
You receive the booking, change and cancellation terms for the particular service before accepting. Keep the proposal and confirmation for reference.
3. Confirm and pay as agreed
Follow the payment instructions and deadline agreed with Tommi. Opening or paying a payment link alone does not reserve an event date. For a nature experience, the confirmation also covers the meeting place and equipment you need.
What does the calendar reserve?
The Calendly calendar reserves a 30-minute introductory or planning call. A workshop, webinar, trip or retreat date is agreed separately. Private Finnish lessons have a free first 30-minute introduction; a regular 60-minute lesson costs €40.
Your free Finnish introduction
One free 30-minute Finnish introduction is available per person. In the booking notes, tell Tommi your approximate Finnish level and what you would like to learn. You can answer in English or Finnish; beginners and anyone unsure of their level are welcome.
Add the meeting to your calendar. If you cannot attend, cancel or reschedule using the link in your booking confirmation, or email Tommi as soon as possible. If you miss it without notice, contact Tommi before booking another free introduction; a new time is agreed individually. Sudden illness and technical problems are handled flexibly. There is no cancellation or no-show charge for the free introduction, and no obligation to buy further lessons.
Changes, cancellations and questions
If your plans change, contact Tommi by email. Include your name, the service and the agreed date, and explain the change or cancellation. The terms supplied before your booking apply to any charges or refunds. This information does not limit a consumer’s statutory rights.
